How to get your
Gift Certificate
Underground Stylist Gift Certificates will give you credit for any services that are provided.
Gift certificates must be handed in directly to Melissa. Upon redemption of the certificate, you can use it towards any service.
You can get your gift certificates from Melissa at Underground Stylist, just call 480-678-9581. You can also buy them online to redeem.
Important
This gift certificate can be used only with Melissa at Underground Stylist. No extensions, refunds, or exchanges will be issued on any gift certificates.
